😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a baseball launcher tattoo. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Devrolve’s genius unfolds itself on their computer screens.
As a consequence people who dislike the baseball launcher truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humor in the baseball launcher’s existential catchphrase "Lead your targets," which itself is a cryptic reference to not just having your mouse over the target like it’s a hitscan weapon. The fans understand this stuff they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of this weapon, to realize that it’s not just good- it says something deep about LIFE. There's also the baseball’s projectile speed, which is deftly woven into it’s usefulness - it’s personal philosophy draws heavily from aiming with the sandman, the fastest projectile in TF2, for instance. The projectile arc is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the projectiles will go over a typical arsenal player’s head.
